In the past few years, several new technology companies have emerged in India and the Philippines, and are rapidly expanding their presence there.
One such company is Gata, which was founded in 2014 by Nick Gates, the co-founder of Microsoft, and Nick Agadir, a well-known businessman from the Philippines.
Gata is looking for a senior software engineer to join its team, and has identified some promising candidates.
They have already made some progress.
According to Gata co-founders Rishi Agadirs company website, they have been in discussions with a large Indian software company, Agra Software, to hire a software engineer.
The Agadiris company has a presence in Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Mumbai, and currently employs over 200 people.
Agadiri said they have a few hundred employees across India.
The company was founded by Agadira Agadri, a Filipino-born engineer who also worked at Microsoft.
He is now a director at Gata.
Agadi is a native of Manila and studied at the Philippine Institute of Technology.
He said that the recruitment process for a software engineering position is different in India.
In Manila, they ask candidates to write a short resume and fill out a short interview, which is then sent to a company.
In Manila, candidates are required to take a one-page test and then send their resume to the recruitment agency, Agadires website says.
In India, the process is different.
They do the interview in person.
They ask for the candidate’s personal details, address, phone number, and email address.
They then ask the candidate if he/she wants to participate in the hiring process.
According the website, candidates from the Indian city of Bengaluru will be interviewed at a meeting hosted by Gata in Bengaluru on March 6, 2019.
The company plans to start accepting applications from March 31.
Gatas co-chairperson and CEO Rishi A. Agadia said that they have also started a job board in Bengal, which allows the company to send out job postings to people interested in the role.
He added that they are now working with companies in the Philippines to hire engineers.
He said that there are several companies that have already offered the position.
“The recruitment process is much more efficient.
They are also in a good position to hire.
They will be given a salary that is very competitive and also a very decent pension.
This is a huge opportunity for the Filipino companies to recruit and retain talent,” Agadias said.
The recruitment firm, Agabas hiring portal, said that it has already sent out an invitation to recruit software engineers.
The first applicants will be selected in a month and sent out to the recruiter on May 16.
Agata said that by the time of their interviews, the company will have recruited more than 100 engineers.
